Yes, you get a basic contact form with few fields and a captcha to avoid spammers. Contact form allows your site visitors to send you queries and feedback. You can invite users to send you questions without displaying your email address to avoid spammers.
No. Your site visitors may write to you enquiring about your products and services using your Contact page. You may contact them back to their email id they provide on the Contact page to exchange any files such as products list, quotations, brochures etc. Not allowing the upload option is to avoid spam attachments and have enough inbox space.
Yes. You may add music play, and videos. You may use WordPress plugin yourself or avail our Add-on service to add the feature on your website. Please ensure your audio/video file size is to the minimum. Incase of a huge file size, we suggest you to use external links such as Youtube, Vimeo etc on your website to improve performance.
Yes. You may change your template yourself after the installation with basic knowledge. Need to ensure new template is compatible with existing website published else pages and media files will break.
Yes. SEO help make your website rank higher on top search engines. More visits to your website from search engines increases the possibility of awareness of your website existence and online presence that lead to sales of your products and services. Advanced SEO is included to all our Website Plans except Blog Page Plan and customers can avail it from our Add-Ons service page.
Yes. Your website will be responsive and friendly to desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
No. Sorry, we will not be able to transfer your premium plan to express plan.
Yes. You may upgrade your express plan to premium plan within 24 hours of purchase of your express plan by writing to us with your Order/Transaction ID. Plan upgrade request received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for an upgrade.
Yes. You can transfer your domain name registered with us to another hosting provider at any time. You need to provide us your new web host's name servers that you can request them, for us to transfer your domain. Transfer would not allow payment refund of the service plan.
Yes. You need to buy our 'Express Website Plan'. We shall guide you with rest of the process.
Additional number of email accounts can be purchased at additional cost from 'Add-Ons' page of this website.
Maximum 4 number of social media icons would be provided. Will provide only the icons on the website and subsequent links to your social media networking pages. Website Plans do not include creating your social media page by us.
You may avail our annual Website Maintenance service at an additional cost. Details available on 'Add-Ons' page of this website.
Yes. You may opt for our eCommerce Website Plan under 'Buy Website Plans'.
Our website plans do not offer Control Panel access to customers. Though all plans includes FTP and Dashboard access thru credentials that you may use to update, manage, access all your website pages and files.
We offer multiple Website Plans; Portfolio Website Plan, Corporate Website Plan, eCommerce Website Plan, and Blog Page Plan. Each plan is categorized in two sections: Premium, and Express. Premium includes: Domain name registration, web space hosting, website design, and installation on server. This plan is suitable for those who do not already have a domain name. Express includes: All the above except Domain name registration; this is suitable for those having already a registered domain name. After a year of purchase of any of the above plans; you need to renew your domain name and webspace every year to be able to access your website online.

We offer multiple Graphics Design Packs for enterprise and individual businesses. It includes: Branding Pack (logo design, business card, letterhead, envelope, leaflet, identity card, product labelling/signage design), Marketing Pack (wall poster design, advertisement, hoarding banner, trade-show exhibit design), Give-Aways Pack (calendar design, paper bag, coaster, pen, bookmark, gift tag, gift box design), Presentation Pack (ppt template design, cd cover design), and Promotion Pack (gift certificate design, seasons greetings postcard design).
You are required to renew your website that includes domain name renewal each year as soon as it approaches the expiry date to avoid loosing your domain name to others who may be looking for similar domain name for their website. AltYod™ is not responsible if you loose your domain name to others. The sooner renewal the better.

Yes, you can cancel the purchased plan and will also be refunded that is strictly subjected to our refund/cancellation policy to request us within a deadline of 24 hours from purchase time. We suggest you please visit our Refund / Cancellation Policy page and read carefully before making payment.
