We at AltYod.in (Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AltYod.in or/and AltYod® eBusiness Solutions”) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a new or renewal of website service plans due to any circumstances which would make the service plan non-viable. If we refuse a new or renewing of any service plan to you, You will be offered a refund for the amount paid towards new, or paid towards renewal for your next renewal period.
1. Refund for all our service plans (Websites, Add-Ons, Graphics Design)
There will NOT be refund beyond 24 hours of purchase time of our any Website Plans. Refund is eligible, if you inform us within 24 hours from service purchase time. Refund request received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund; the reason behind is we are partnered with third party hosting service provider and your account setup starts after 24 hours.
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. The total price may differ due to tax or additional charges (if applicable).
All refund requests must be made by the attendee or payment account/card holder.
Refunds will be credited back to the original mode used for payment.
Refund request can be made thru below provided Refund / Cancellation Request Form and must be received by the above stated refund eligibility time deadline.
Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
2. Service Plan Cancellation
Our website plan service is eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of purchase time with refund or after 2 months of website installation but without any refund. We also shall assist you in case you need to transfer your hosting provider service to another. It is your responsibility to inform us for domain or hosting transfer you may be seeking prior 30 days of service plan’s expiry date to avoid loosing your domain name to others.
Cancellation is accepted thru below provided Refund / Cancellation Request Form and must be received by the above stated cancellation deadline.
Cancellations received prior to the deadline is eligible for refund. Cancellations received after the stated deadline is not eligible for refund.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
Cancellation fee may or may not be applicable to you depending on the payment processing company’s refund/fee policy. Please read refund/fee policy carefully on their website before making a payment.
3. Missing Refunds (if applicable)
As soon as we initiate your refund, you will receive an email from our payment processing company informing you the same. Refund for payment made in INR would usually take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
If you haven’t received refund yet, please check your bank account again. Alternatively, contact your payment card issuing company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by sending an email to email address we have communicated with you for providing our services.
